Migal - Galilee Technology Center is a life science applied research institute specializing in biotechnology, agriculture and the environment.
Established in 1979, Migal has carried out a wide variety of successful joint ventures with leading industries and academic institutions both in Israel and abroad.
Migal also provides laboratory and consulting services in microbiology and chemical analysis, and is involved in undergraduate education in the life sciences at Tel-Hai Regional College.
The center's interdisciplinary team includes 30 scientists at the Ph.D. level, backed by a staff of 140 engineers, graduate students and technicians.
Facilities include 4,500 sqm of state-of-the-art laboratories.
